I am a cultural and multimodal anthropologist focused on black material culture and built environments in the Caribbean and its diasporas. My work often engages with political life and embodied relationships to physical landscapes across time.
Currently, I am a Mellon Faculty Fellow and Assistant Professor of Anthropology at Dartmouth.

I write and teach about race, gender, place, and embodiment across the African diaspora, spatial and environmental politics, and multimodal practice. My research and teaching inspire creative work that finds expression through curation, film, photography, and digital humanities.
